24-Hour Flexibility: You can modify your order within 24 hours at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation and Refunds:
Custom Artwork (e.g., Pet Portraits):
- We accept full refunds only if the order cancellation request is made within 1 hour. Beyond this timeframe, our artists will have already begun working on your artwork, and you will no longer be eligible for a full refund.
- If you are unhappy with the artwork you receive and decide not to print it on canvas, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Since artistic work, time, and energy were required to create the previews, and the digital products have already been delivered, a cancellation fee of 30% of the order will be applied. This means you will receive a partial refund of 70% of your order value. This policy does not apply to purchases of digital artwork only.
- Once the artwork has been approved and shipped, you will no longer be able to request a refund as it is a custom Artwork. However, customers may request an exchange if the canvas arrives damaged.
Ready-Made Artwork:
- Please note, we do not offer prepaid return labels. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@myartiva.com, and we will be happy to resend the item to you.
